College basketball tournaments, such as the men's finals tournament in March, always played at neutral sites. The home and away teams are determined by who has the higher/lower seeds.
For example, if the 1 seed is playing the 16 seed then the 1 seed will be listed as the home team and the 16 seed will be listed as the away team.
